DUE DILIGENCE

An arduous process by which the potential Buyer verifies the information presented as well as any additional key information (e.g. contracts, human resources, etc.).  Once the potential Buyer has verified the information and reviewed any additional key information, the Purchase Agreement is prepared.

Deliverables: Executed Purchase Agreement and any payments at close received.
